When I say that having concern for others makes life more fulfilling, this observation may resonate with you. Although my life has been full of diverse professional and personal interests, my concern for others has been a personal passion. It is my deep concern for the welfare of others, and for their happiness and success in healthy and loving relationships, which was the impetus for me to become a relationship coach and founder of RU Coached.
I have had an interest in the happiness of others since I was a young boy, with an inquisitive mind and a curious nature. While my mom, who is a wonderful person and parent, was a big influence on the development of my compassion and insight, she and my father decided to go their separate ways when I was ten years old. While I could not understand that situation, and even experienced two divorces myself much later in my adult life, I learned countless relationship lessons about hurt and healing.
Those lessons seem to resonate well with others who have had similar experiences. Throughout my life’s journey, people I have met along the way have told me that they find it easy to talk with me about their relationships. Because I have a natural ability to listen actively and intently, to show caring and support, and to share insight about how to navigate relationships, I seriously considered becoming a relationship coach. I wanted to help people to build, create, and establish more emotionally intelligent relationships.
Often told by many, you have a “gift” for helping others to navigate relationship challenges, I pursued a certification in relationship coaching. Equipped with many years of relevant and relatable life experiences, I launched RU Coached to become a premier coaching platform for those who need coaching support in the relationships that matter most. My commitment comes from wanting to help others avoid the pain of choices that can alter their life. I serve both corporate clients and private coaching clients. Companies and corporations retain my services for speaking engagements, corporate training, and workshops. Private clients are persons who know they struggle with building professional, romantic, and non-romantic relationships and retain my services to aid in unlocking their individual potential. I use my skills to hear their challenges and introduce perspectives through questions to compel thought and revelation. Relationship coaching is transformative. It helps you to set and to realize your goals, so that you can thrive in relationships that matter most.
